This release focuses on faster setup and smoother day-to-day work. You can now sign in with Google, switch the app to Spanish, import key records in bulk, and use improved reporting and time tracking tools. We also made performance and usability improvements across the platform.
New
- Sign in with Google (Single Sign-On). Crew and admins can log into SimplySub using a personal or work Google account.
- Spanish is now available. Crew members can switch their workspace language to Spanish, and menus and system text will update instantly.
- Bulk import tools are now available. Quickly add Customers, Employees, Equipment, Vehicles, and Suppliers in one go to speed up onboarding and reduce manual entry.
Improved
- Jobs Board (Progress View) is easier to scan. Updated layout and grouping make it faster to track job status at a glance.
- Billing Work Summary Report is clearer and more useful. Better grouping and layout show more detail, helping you bill jobs faster.
- Time Clock now captures GPS coordinates. Location tagging improves accountability and helps verify where clock-ins happened.
- Dark mode has better contrast. Easier on the eyes for overnight and low-light work.
- Overall system performance is improved. Faster, smoother experience across common workflows.

- Various low-impact issues were resolved. Small bugs were cleaned up to improve reliability.
