This release adds a few helpful capabilities for day-to-day operations, including a new expense report and better visibility into where equipment was last used. We also made a couple of targeted fixes in Jobs to ensure summaries and notifications show the right information.
New
- Assign crews to crew leaders. A new “My Crew” field on the employee profile lets you select which employees a crew leader manages, making crew oversight easier.
- New Expense Report in the report library. Filter expenses by key fields (like date, job, supplier, and amount), then export to Excel or print cleanly.
- See the last known equipment location on a map. Equipment now shows its last job location so project leaders and crew leaders can quickly find what they need.
Fixed
- Job assignment email formatting. Corrected a spacing/typo issue in the job assignment email.
- Job Summary visibility. Resolved an issue where expense details weren’t showing in the job summary when no work details were logged.
Heads Up
- Equipment map locations require complete job addresses. To see accurate equipment locations, make sure each job has a full address. GPS coordinates are auto-populated once an address is entered.
