Every subcontractor manages jobs a little differently. SimplySub gives you multiple job views so you can organize, schedule, and review work in the format that makes the most sense for your team.
You can move between Progress, List, Map, Planner, and Archived views, then set your favorite view as the default when you return to the Jobs area.

Choose the view that fits the work
The Progress view gives you a visual workflow that follows jobs through their lifecycle, with each column representing a job status. Jobs can be moved between statuses with drag and drop, while their order within each status can also be adjusted.
The List view provides a more compact layout organized by job status, while the Map view shows where jobs are located geographically. Status-based map markers make it easier to understand where different types of work are located at a glance.
Plan jobs on the calendar
The Planner view gives your team a calendar-based way to schedule work across multiple months, individual months, weeks, or days. Unscheduled jobs can be dragged directly onto the calendar, and scheduled jobs can be moved or resized as your plans change.
U.S. federal holidays also appear on the calendar to provide additional context when scheduling upcoming work.
Keep completed jobs without the clutter
When a job no longer needs to appear in your active workflow, you can archive it. Archived jobs stay inside SimplySub and can still be opened and reviewed, but they are removed from the active Progress, Planner, List, and Map views.
