Why it matters
Subcontractors need reliable data to make decisions about payroll, job costing, billing, crew performance, and field activity. SimplySub brings that information together so office and field teams can review the details without pulling data from multiple systems.
The Timesheet Report provides a breakdown of crew hours, work codes, breaks, gross pay, and individual punches. You can also open the punch map to see where a crew member clocked in or out.
The Billable Work Summary combines operational and financial data for a job. It can include logged work, labor costs, equipment usage, job expenses, hauling activity, notes, files, photos, signatures, and uploaded tickets.
Built to stay simple
The report library is keyword searchable and can be grouped by category or source, making it easier to find the right report without scrolling through every option. Most reports follow a similar layout, so once you understand one, the rest are easier to use.
You can adjust the date range, expand or collapse report sections, review detailed entries, and export or print the results. Reports are also available on mobile, so managers can access important business data from the office or the jobsite.
