A job record in SimplySub gives subcontractors one place to manage the key information tied to a specific project. From the job record, teams can review job details, add updates, upload files, log work, track labor, manage financial activity, and keep a clear history of what happened on the job.

This video gives a high-level walkthrough of the main areas inside a SimplySub job record, including:

  • Viewing job name, status, customer, schedule, address, GPS location, percent complete, and punch list count
  • Using the quick add menu to add notes, files, work logs, labor, tasks, expenses, payments, estimates, invoices, and equipment activity
  • Reviewing the Overview tab, including job snapshots, summaries, recent notes, files, contacts, and AI-generated summaries
